Planning: 7:40 - 8:55
Lunch: 11:20 – 11:50.
Cleaning for Covid: You will need to ensure you pick up a clean rag from the front of the building at a table placed by the Buice Road Doors. If possible, I will have another teacher bring this clean rag to you. There is a spray bottle at the front of my classroom. Please ensure you spray all benches and stools between EACH class. The spray needs to sit for one minute.
Shared Materials / Instruments: Materials will not be shared due to Covid spreading. Students should arrive in class with their "to go" bag of materials which includes all they will need for substitute activities. If and when instruments are required for classes, instruments in the red taped section are cleaned and ready for use. All instruments are then placed on the yellow back counter after use for teacher cleaning. Do not use instruments in "quarantine" on the back counter. If students use pencils, crayons, or other materials from the music room, they will need to be placed on the back counter following for cleaning.
November Plans:
Remember, if a class is marked as "Remote" I will leave them plans. You are only responsible for teaching face to face kids. Students in "Simultaneous" classes means that some kids are face-to-face in the classroom, while others are learning remotely at home. I will leave plans for kids at home. :) These plans will be great for students in the face-to-face classroom.

1st Grade:
Students will not have their devices with them so they will read a story and complete a worksheet activity.
- The book Brown, Bear, Brown Bear can be found on the rolling cubby cart in the front of the room.
- There are copies of this worksheet in a stack on the kidney table (OR back yellow counter).
- Allow students to create their own animal name (first black an adjective, and second blank is the animal name). Draw a picture of their animal. (It doesn't have to be real. Ex. Rainbow fish). Have students write how many syllables are in each word and then if time, sing for each other.
- If time remains - print these sheets (24 students per class) and have them work through the packets. Click here for the worksheets to print for the packets. (These are currently NOT printed!)
